Southside Church of God in Christ Outreach Ministry
The outreach ministry's theme is Intensity. The evangelism team's goal is to win souls for the kingdom of God. We base our goal on John 3:16 which states, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
The outreach ministry meets every 1st and 2nd Saturday of each month from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Minister Keith Morrell, President of the Southside COGIC Evangelism Outreach Ministry, has served in this capacity since 2015. Minster Morrell and his wife, Stacy, came to Southside in 2013 looking for a church home and received a loving welcome accompanied with a divine touch from God.
Minister Morrell served as an outreach coordinator at his former church, Gospel Temple Church of God in Christ, for 3 years. He worked in harmony with fellow believers for the cause of Christ and celebrated God's divine deliverance of His people.
Minister Morrell says, "God has done a wonderful work in my life for which I am eternally grateful. My desire is to serve the Lord diligently and faithfully until His return."
